WEBSA WORLDWIDE (PTY) LTD (WEBSA) is a company strategically established in South Africa and also registered in China as GUANGZHOU WEBSA WORLDWIDE CO LTD, to facilitate and provide innovative and sustainable solutions to the emerging and developing world by leveraging on its key network of partners, investors and consultants worldwide. WEBSA is an abbreviation for Wealth Building Strategy for All and this first birthed as a program in Zimbabwe by one of our founding director Mr Lazarus Magura in 1999. It was a program designed to initially to assist farmers and the value chain in the agricultural sector to become self sufficient and profitable through investment sourcing, procurement of equipment and various training and coaching in agriculture in Zimbabwe. The WEBSA concept and program was then adopted by NDEWERE CORPORATION in 2008 in South Africa which also supplied farming equipment and consulting services to Crop Farmers in Zimbabwe. This was achieved by following the WEBSA program of empowering and partnering with some farmers in Zimbabwe. NDECOR Trading Pty Ltd (NDECOR) in South Africa in 2014 which saw NDECOR use the WEBSA program in the Solar Energy industry to install Solar Street lighting Project in partnership with LESEDI SOLAR PV, Phillips Lighting and NDECOR in the Northern Cape Province. NDECOR then successfully procured and installed the Solar Street lights in the Northern Cape under the direction of Mr Collins Ndewere and Mr Lazarus Magura thereby executing the WEBSA program which saw the hiring and teaching of local residents in the Northern Cape province in how to install solar street lights. NDECOR also successfully completed various projects as the main company that was carrying out procurement, supply and training for Lesedi Solar PV Company (75MW) in the Northern Cape and Letsatsi Solar PV Company (75MW) for their SED and ED projects for 2 years.
In 2018 through the WEBSA program strategy the first Fast Food Restaurant was formed in Bulawayo Zimbabwe which has now grown to 12 shops in 2024. Over the years WEBSA was only used as a program for wealth building strategy in Zimbabwe and South Africa until early 2024 when the WEBSA program was now registered as an entity of it’s own in Guangzhou in the People’s Republic of China with Mr Lazarus Magura and Collins Ndewere as the Directors and shareholders of the International Company and the same was also registered as a company in South Africa. The company’s current departments portfolio includes Agriculture, Technology and Methodology in Energy, Electricity, Alternative Energy, Trading and Funding solutions. WEBSA services include, International Trade, Business Advisory, Technical Consultancy, Project Management, Import and Export, Training and Skills Development just to mention a few. WEBSA develops strategies for the Public Sector, Private Sectors and Non-Profit Organisations and implements customised solutions for its clients with World-Class professionalism and expertise.
